Glen Lanker, President, Principal Architect, Developer
With over 40 years of experience, Glen has had extensive involvement in mixed-use developments, traditional neighborhood design, and a wide variety of project types and is currently leading the master planning and development of Old Mill, a 180-acre traditional neighborhood development on the Pend Oreille River in Old Town, Idaho. He is a licensed architect in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona and is a member of the National Town Builders Association.
Dale Rainey, Real Estate Broker, Designer, Builder
Dale Rainey has over 35 years of experience in real estate development, design, and engineering. He is the managing member of Rainey Design Group, with offices in Hayden, Idaho, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Currently, he serves as the designated broker and buyer liaison for Old Mill Real Estate, along with being a builder in the Hayden Canyon neighborhood.
Deborah Moon, Architecture Team
Deborah has extensive experience in custom residential design, construction documents and presentations, including 3D rendering. She also has experience in land development, including a golf course resort and construction involving several residential projects. She moved from the Sun Valley area to Coeur D Alene a few years ago.
John Penland, Architecture Team
John holds a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology from 1993. Kennesaw State University (Southern Tech at the time of graduation) in Marietta, Georgia. John has spent over 30 years in the architectural field, starting on the East Coast in the Atlanta area. His experience includes producing construction documents for various-sized commercial projects, including churches, schools, retail, and industrial, as well as custom residential.
