Old Mill is a 170-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development with 1 1/2 miles of shoreline on the Pend Oreille River. At the center of the site is a historic Diamond Match lumber mill. The Master Plan includes a wide variety of housing types totaling 500+ units along with commercial and community uses, including a Charter School utilizing the Hillsdale College K-12 curriculum. ARTIOS developed the master plan for Hayden Canyon, a 610 acre Traditional Neighborhood with 240 acres of open space, including a beautiful basalt canyon.
